Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support in the area of controlling
  • Creation and processing of calculations
  • Preparation and determination of key figures for monthly reports
  • Receiving and handling customer phone calls
  • Creation of tables and plans for invoicing
  • Support of our field sales team
  • Recording and maintenance of customer data
  • Creation of customer files for complaint management
