    Who You Are:

    A passionate dental professional who loves what they do. You have a willingness to build trusting relationships with team members and patients while providing the best patient outcome and inspired hospitality.

    What You Bring:

    • Must love people, working in teams, and demonstrate an aptitude for having fun, leading bravely, and creating greatness
    • A demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experience
    • Prior experience in the dental industry a plus
    • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management
    • Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems
    • Willingness to build trust to achieve results

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Build outstanding relationships with patients, Espire team members and insurance providers.
    • Work directly with practice business leaders, front office teams the business support center teams on a day to day basis to help drive growth and operational excellence.
    • Be the day to day direct point of contact for practice leaders and insurance providers.
    • Be an insurance expert; teach, train, mentor and develop front office teams at all levels.
