Responsibilities:

  • You are...
  • Supervisor and point of contact for all technical aspects of the hotel
  • Ensure professional collaboration with external service providers (requesting quotes, negotiating contracts, and onsite supervision)
  • Monitor compliance with legal regulations in technical and construction matters, and ensure implementation of safety standards in these areas
  • Oversee operational safety in accordance with fire and occupational safety regulations
  • Plan, organize, and carry out maintenance and repair work
  • Manage technical systems
  • Responsible for budget and planning investments in collaboration with management
  • Take on Manager on Duty duties
  • Coresponsible for recruiting new employees

Qualifications:

Your skills:

  • You have several years of leadership experience in the technical field of the hotel industry or real estate management and development
  • You have successfully completed a technical education or degree (technical school or university of applied sciences)
  • Experience in cost management, budget planning, and forecasting
  • Fluent in contract negotiation and English, and proficient in MS Office
  • Independent and structured work style, coupled with creativity and the ability to prioritize and identify the essentials
