- Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities for Americas business segment and support global functions
- Own all aspects of revenue reporting, forecasts and variance analysis for Americas business segment.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators and business objectives. Identify trends, patterns, opportunities and drivers of performance.
- Partner with sales, sales operations and delivery teams to ensure accuracy of forecasts and timely delivery of projects.
- Support monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reporting
- Partner with controllership to ensure proper revenue recognition and alignment of processes and controls
- 3-5 years in financial planning and analysis in a high-growth subscription software or technology-driven environment in revenue and top line side - Must
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven track record in developing and tracking KPIs, demonstrating the ability to enhance financial performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
