    Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) for construction projects:

  • Comprehensive management of construction projects from a technical, organizational, and economic perspective
  • Review of general and subcontractor services on the construction site
  • Control of quality, schedule, and change management, including invoice verification
  • Interface between project development and construction management
What you bring

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable education in the construction industry
  • Extensive experience in managing turnkey construction projects
  • Proficient in VOB/C and construction regulations, as well as a good understanding of guidelines and standards
  • Analytical and resultsoriented work style with a high level of independence
  • Negotiation skills, high social competence, and team spirit
