Job Description:


The Supply Management Supervisor oversees limited aspects of technical supply management work, including inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization.

This role is responsible for the receipt, storage, documentation, processing, and delivery of all expendable and durable supplies.

The Supervisor will also crosscheck the Authorized Stockade List (ASL) to determine the most suitable choice of National Stock Number (NSN) to requisition an item.

They will interact with various departments and customer contacts to ensure accurate and timely processing and record keeping. This role may also require the use of STAMIS programs such as GCSS-A.


The Supply Management Supervisor will assist in the receipt, posting, storage, delivery, disposition, and management of supply in accordance with applicable Army regulations.

They will ensure appropriate adjustment action and documentation is processed for shipment/receiving discrepancies, and initiate and submit lost, damaged, or destroyed action.

This role will also issue bench stock replenishment listings and initiate requisition action, as well as update the Repair Parts Master Listing as directed.

The Supervisor will prepare requisitions for off-line, work orders, shop stock, and local purchase as required, and assist with supporting requisitioning and turn-in actions.

They will utilize Fed Log and AMDE to research information for required parts requests.

Other responsibilities include assisting in producing monthly printed reports from GCSS-A, performing file maintenance as required, and
