What is MoschMosch?

MoschMosch is inspired by the most common type of restaurant in Japan, the noodle bar. Various noodle and rice dishes are prepared immediately and with the freshest ingredients. This not only maintains the quality of the food, but also reduces waiting times without giving the impression of fast food. The cuisine is light and contains little fat. The minimalist interior design, inspired by a Japanese tavern, is an important part of our overall concept.

In addition to Japanese appetizers such as "Edamame" and "Gyoza", we offer ramen soups such as "Morning Sun" and "Happiness" - Japanese wheat noodles with various broths and toppings - special salads, seasonally changing noodle and rice dishes with various extras such as beef fillet, chicken or seafood, as well as Asian desserts. We regularly supplement our standard menu with seasonal dishes that fit the time of year.
