Direct Care Professional Pay rate is $17.00-$19.38

Our dedicated team of over 900 staff ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct staff professionals, all work to one common goal the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community.
As a direct Care professional you will assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation and documentation to include shift reports, incident reports and individual progress reports.
You will maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the individuals we serve.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in the areas of psychology, sociology, social work, education or other related field is required or 12
years of related experience
Be at least 21 years of age
Must possess and maintain valid driver's license
Work Environment:
Regularly works inside areas that are adequately lighted and ventilated. Some fluctuations in temperature. Use of Protective equipment such as latex gloves, facial mask protective eyewear, and gown. Possible exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Some degree of physical involvement in exercise of Safe and Positive Approaches.
