- Minimum of two years of marketing and/or communications experience, preferably within an in-house marketing team, marketing agency, or insurance/healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in project management, with experience using MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, product, communications, or businessrelated field; or equivalent work experience
- Experience within a health insurance company, hospital system, or pharmacy benefit manager.
- Familiarity with highly regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
- Working knowledge of project management software tools like Workfront.
- Understanding of Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing and Communications Guidelines (MCMGS).
- Collaborate with teams to prioritize yearly project requests, facilitate project work, ensure data collection, and manage final delivery while meeting milestones and budget requirements.
- Assist in implementing and executing marketing initiatives, strategies, programs, and plans to enhance brand awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Liaise with stakeholders across assigned lines of business.
- Proofread, edit, and manage governmentregulated materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of creative development processes within marketing, including traffic processes in design and creative environments, as well as print and digital technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful completion and desired results.
- Experience collaborating with marketing stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Capacity to thrive in a fastpaced environment and troubleshoot challenges with a positive attitude.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback.
