+ Research, identify, and evaluate vendors that align with the company's needs (e.g., price, availability, mitigation of risk, security, and compliance regulations) + Conduct competitive analysis of vendors, cost models, market analysis, and supply chain alternatives + Drive the development and implementation of supplier roadmap strategies to deliver annual cost savings + Lead cross-functional business activities that identify, qualify, negotiate, and successfully implement new suppliers + Identify areas of need across different divisions where consolidations of products and services can take place + Facilitate vendor selection and ensure a seamless transition of vendor and product information from Sourcing to Procurement + Develop high-level relationships with high-quality, professional, and consistent service to the buying and planning teams + Develop and maintain collaborative relationships between the company and its vendors + Work cross-functionally to validate and define the needs of the business regarding third-party products and services + Research and identify viable solutions and determine sourcing methods + Negotiate agreements with suppliers for raw materials, finished goods, pricing, and compliance with established regulations + Review and negotiate contracts and partner with Legal to ensure contracts include proper protections and enable successful outcomes + Manage the contract lifecycle by onboarding new vendors, conducting regular business reviews, coordinating asset tracking, and recommending sunset plans + Conduct supplier audits to verify quality and manufacturing systems are in place to support To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
