We are currently looking for a
Facility Manager, Master with a focus on Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) for immediate full-time employment in the Bremen area.


Your responsibilities

  • Independent implementation of tasks on site according to the respective customer contracts for the assigned properties, if necessary in coordination with the key account
  • Independent handling of findings by experts on site to ensure the proper condition of the property in coordination with the key account / customer
  • Responsible recording and updating of technical and infrastructural master data on site
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards and guidelines in the area of responsibility
  • Pursuing and enforcing warranty claims
