Your responsibilities:
- Systematic recording of reasons for termination by pharmacy owners and users for the further development of processes and our products
- Proactive approach to win back ApoChannel customers
- Handling objections to termination reasons and arguing the benefits of marpinion products
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training and experience in customer service is advantageous
- Friendly and empathetic manner, with independent and structured work style
- Proficiency in working with support systems such as Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
