- Hit and exceed quotas
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, selling to Mid-Enterprise customers
- Strong expertise in value selling, structured sales processes, and pipeline generation
- Comfortable engaging in technical conversations with developer-focused teams (DevOps experience a plus)
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
- 3 Days on site in the SF or Boston Office
