Location: Remote, Anywhere in United States OR Canada

    Who We Are

We are an experienced design and trusted creative technology partner to some of the world's most ambitious brands such as Google, Amazon, Meta and Uber. We believe in the power of storytelling, human-centric design, and the intersection of creativity with code to further humanity's relationship with technology. We operate fully remote, and our team members enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere within the U.S. and Canada time zones while keeping a balanced relationship with their personal life.

Interested in joining a culture that celebrates diversity, encourages curiosity, and creates with purpose? Are you the kind of person who obsesses over details, thrives in a collaborative environment, and jumps at the opportunity to take on new challenges? Confident that you're at the top of your game and ready to invent with others who are at the top of theirs? Check out our open position and let's talk.

    Who We Are Seeking

In this role, you will be responsible for the discovery and development cycle for a product that will need to provide itself to be valuable, feasible, and desirable. Working at the cross section of business, technology and user experience, you will guide products from conception to launch. You will need the ability and knowledge to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at speed. Last but not least the Product Manager is the voice of the user inside the team, for our clients, and must be passionate about their needs, wants and experience of the product.

If you thrive in a highly collaborative environment, and would jump at the opportunity to take on new product design and development with user empathy and significant impact at its core - Left Field Labs is the place for you

    What You'll Do

    • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams
    • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, user research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development and product launch

    • Align PRD with business requirements documentation provided by our clients
    • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
    • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments and cross-functional teams
    • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans
    • Build strong relationships within the team, partner and client organizations; working closely with creative directors, UX and UI designers, frontend and backend developers, project managers, and client partners throughout all stages of the product lifecycle
    • Understand and keep a finger on the pulse of business, empathetic design and technology trends and opportunities for inclusion into the roadmap
    • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
    • Digest and distill information into simple, compelling actionable insights
    • As needed, participate in the pitch process for new products working with the business development, creative and technology teams to manage resources during these sprints, keeping an eye on user needs to be met, and how we might exceed the expectations of our clients
    • Primarily responsible for process & stakeholder management

What You'll Need to be Successful

    • A minimum of 3-5 years experience working for product development and in agile workstreams
    • Strong experience in a dynamic project management role
    • An excellent resume/portfolio with real world results.
