- Manage staff and provide leadership. Ensures effective tasking and utilization of staff, developing their skills and abilities, and coaching product staff.
- Planning, designing, and delivering new products. This includes creating the business case and proof of concept. Work with management and subject matter experts to develop and position products and services.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends and the efficacy of the product suite. Based on tracking and identified trends, make regular recommendations to management. Analyze customer feedback and needs to drive solutions.
- Manage product budget. Plan and budget/estimate resources needed.
- 6+ years of product/marketing experience
- Two (2) years of the six (6) years must be in a supervisory or lead role or equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
