- Assists Discipline Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Managers, and/or Engineering Manager with all aspects of the project engineering from proposal to final report by performing any of the following duties.
- Research historic, environmental, community, project, and design information for reports and designs.
- Use computer engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
- Assist with preparation of final project reports including obtaining historical data and information.
- Perform field investigations, construction observations, or surveys in remote areas across Alaska under the direction of an engineer.
- Some college Junior level or higher, with degree declared in Engineering, Surveying, Sciences, Engineering Management, or Construction Management.
- Intermediate skillset with MS Word processing software and MS Excel spreadsheet software.
- Some exposure to computer aided drafting and engineering software preferred.
