YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Daily support in ensuring the financial success and sales figures of your store
  • Sharing responsibility for leading, motivating, developing and training the entire store team, as you work together to shape the future of the store
  • A strong sense of how to interact with (new) customers and employees
  • Promoting customer loyalty and a sense of community in the neighborhood
  • Commitment to your own continuous development and education

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Ideally, a completed commercial apprenticeship and some work experience in retail or a career change from the textile, (organic) food, or hotel/restaurant industries
  • Previous leadership experience, such as covering for a manager
  • Interest and an eye for others, in order to individually support and challenge different team members
  • Aboveaverage customer and service orientation, and a good understanding of the customer base in the store and the surrounding area
