    Description


    Are you a self-motivated, competitive, and highly driven salesperson looking to take the next step in your career? Our field sales representative position just might be what you're looking for.


    You are the producer of new business in your sales territory, capable of targeting, nurturing, and converting leads into new accounts.

    The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in sales, leveraging their strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills to grow a book of business.


    • This role is commission based. We offer a profit share of every deal you close.

    Responsibilities


    • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
    • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
    • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
    • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
    • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events

    Qualifications


    • Experience using a CRM is preferred
    • Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
    • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
    • A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is preferred
    • Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role
