- Develop an annual Community Engagement plan for the Career Advancement team.
- Execute strategies to boost alumni engagement and strengthen their ties to the organization.
- Facilitate various regional and virtual alumni events, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
- Act as the main contact for alumni queries, providing personalized responses and support.
- Manage alumni volunteers, organize panels, and represent GWI at industry events.
- Support a range of Career Advancement programs for alumni and scholars.
- Maintain the alumni database and analyze engagement data to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members on data analysis, storytelling, and marketing projects.
- Handle any other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience; Financial services background is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive approach to work and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Position Available
The Community Engagement Analyst role at Girls Who Invest is ideal for a proactive individual keen on supporting alumni and the wider community through various engagement programs. By collaborating with the Alumni Relations Manager, the Analyst will oversee key initiatives such as Affinity Groups, Alumni Council, and investment partner events. This multifaceted role involves project management, data analysis, and event coordination, facilitating connections between stakeholders and fostering long-term career development in the Investment Management sector.
