Mentorship of shop floor inspectors
Completion of First Article Inspections (FAI) in compliance with AS9102
Daily production floor support
Assisting Quality Engineers with projects, investigations, root cause/corrective actions etc.
Ensure process compliance to Internal and external standards such as: AS9100/ISO9001:2015 and NSS Workmanship Manual for Electronic Assemblies(or industry equivalent IPC/JSTD), Military Standards
Interacts with Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to communicate and resolve issues identified from inspection.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School DiplomaAbility to communicate with management, peers and touch labor within the company.
Possess effective written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Inspection of circuit card and sub assembly experience
Understanding of Solder Acceptance Criteria (NSS Workmanship Standards)
Ability to problem solve
Oracle experience
Ability to work as a team and independently Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range:
$ $79400 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience
