Maintenance Dispatcher (m/f/d) Ref

Location:

Responsibilities:
Our client in the aerospace industry is currently seeking a motivated candidate for the following position at their location in Finkenwerder, Germany:

  • Responsible for the procurement of all equipment and spare parts on the factory premises
  • Obtaining quotes
  • Initiating measures to eliminate internal and external shortages
  • Participating in the optimization of spare parts management while adhering to processes
  • Monitoring KPIs and internal customer satisfaction
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Daily communication with suppliers, partners, and manufacturers from various countries
  • Advising on new acquisitions, optimizing availability, extending the lifespan of Airbus production equipment, and reducing the risk of production downtime

Qualifications:

  • Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical relationships and functions, as well as accurately analyze problems and find appropriate solutions
  • Independent, structured, and resultsoriented work to achieve goals on time and efficiently coordinate work processes
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Education:

  • Certified plumber, heating and air conditioning technician, or industrial mechanic with a minimum of a master's degree
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain/logistics

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement/material sourcing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in precision mechanics
  • Minimum of 2 years
