- Process customer transactions including orders, quotes, and returns
- Coordinate delivery and pick-up of customer orders with the operations team
- Provide product education to customers
- Place and confirm purchase orders with suppliers
- Handle payment for merchandise/services sold and maintain accurate sales records in the system
- Participate in warehouse inventory checks
- Prior experience assisting customers with product procurement, preferably in the building supply or construction sector
- Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to respond promptly and accurately, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a sense of humor
- Excellent decision-making skills and willingness to take initiative
- Well-organized with keen attention to detail
- Team player with respectful attitude
- Effective communication skills in English, knowledge of spoken Spanish is an advantage
