For our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for the sales department.


Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative in the sales department, you will work closely with the field sales team and act as an important interface to other departments.

Your work will provide valuable knowledge about customers and markets, making the sales department efficient and successful.

In direct collaboration with the field sales team, your responsibilities will include:


  • Proactive customer support
  • Order processing and coordination
  • Complaint management
  • Coordination of installation services and deliveries
  • Projectrelated procurement of purchased parts
  • Contact person for partners and suppliers in collaboration with the field sales team
  • Computerbased management of customer inquiries
  • Processing of inquiries and technical advice
