We are Swapfiets - the first bicycle subscription worldwide. With our concept, we are turning the bicycle world upside down.

It all started as a start-up in Delft (Netherlands) with 40 used bicycles, and now we are active in more than 50 cities in 9 countries with our self-designed bicycles.

How did we manage to do this? Through our service Today, we already have more than 250,000 satisfied members.

YOUR MISSION


You are the face of our incredible Swapfiets service on-site or in our store, and you impress every one of our members with your charming personality.


  • New members love you you advise them and adjust the Swapfiets so that members can ride off happily
  • For existing members, you take care of small repairs on the Swapfiets, so they always have a functioning bicycle
  • If a repair is not possible, you swap the bike. By the way, we call this "swapping." And on the go, you always have Swapfietses with you thanks to the Swap-Car, Swap-Van, or Cargo-Bike.
  • You have the perfect answer to every question, and the only basket you give is for our members' Swapfiets.
