View Point Health is looking for a Team Leader who holds a license (LPC or LCSW or full licensure eligible) to oversee the LIGHT Project's Early Treatment Program (ETP) and offer therapeutic services to individuals across DeKalb and Fulton Counties.

Early Treatment Program (ETP) is a collaborative and multifaceted approach to assisting transition age youth and young adults, aged 16-30, who are experiencing First Episode Psychosis (FEP).
This role will be centered at our DeKalb Office and will involve working alongside a diverse team of professionals, including a Prescriber (APRN), Registered Nurse, Employment & Education Specialist, Clinical Team Leader/Individual Therapist, Case Manager, and Certified Peer Specialist.

Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) is a recovery-focused strategy that promotes active involvement of consumers, treatment team members, and, when suitable, family members. Emphasizing shared decision-making, CSC aims to address the distinct needs, preferences, and recovery objectives of those being served. CSC services are meticulously synchronized with primary medical care, with a focus on optimizing individuals' overall mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
