View Point Health is a community behavioral health center utilizing a team of psychiatrists, nurses, licensed counselors and social workers, and other professionals to provide services to individuals who need treatment and support to cope with mental illness, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

View Point Health serves uninsured, underinsured, low-income Medicaid, Medicare, war veterans and some private insurance across multiple locations with a full continuum of behavioral health services and support.

The services provided by View Point Health contribute to the reduction in homelessness, reduction in crime and subsequent incarcerations, higher graduation rates, lower dropout rates, decreased ER visits and decreased inpatient admissions.

View Point Health is seeking a Team Leader, who is licensed (LPC or LCSW or full licensure eligible), to lead the LIGHT Project's Early Treatment Program (ETP) and provide therapeutic services to individuals throughout DeKalb and Fulton Counties.

Early Treatment Program is a team based, multi-element approach to treating transition age youth and young adults, ages 16-30 years old, with FEP (First Episode Psychosis).

This position will be based out of our DeKalb Office.

The team of professionals include a Prescriber (APRN), Registered Nurse, Employment & Education Specialist, Clinical Team Leader/Individual Therapist, Case Manager, and Certified Peer Specialist.

CSC (Coordinated Specialty Care) is a collaborative, recovery-oriented approach involving consumers, treatment team members, family members (when appropriate), as active participants.

CSC emphasizes shared decision making as a means for addressing the unique needs, preferences, & recovery goals of individuals served.

CSC services are also highly coordinated w/ primary medical care, w/ a focus on optimizing consumers overall mental, emotional, & physical health.
