The scope of responsibilities includes:
- Development and implementation of ML technologies for multimodal medical applications (especially NLP/NLU)
- Collaboration with patients and medical professionals as well as data analysts for useroriented AI applications
- Planning, development, and prototypical deployment of ML models and products
- Further development and adaptation of existing frameworks and models for the use cases of the research project
- Participation in the creation of scientific publications, including the opportunity for a PhD
You have:
- Completed university degree in medicine/biology/informatics, data science, AI/ML or related fields
- Experience in developing and applying ML and AI technologies; advantageous in the field of NLP
- Knowledge of AI and ML technologies, e.g. in the area of natural language processing (NLP) and multimodal interfaces
- Experience with Python, Java, or C++ and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- High motivation to apply AI methods and principles in the medical field
