Your future responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for the professional leadership of employees
  • You will be in charge of employee management and planning for each shift
  • You will conduct professional training for employees (e.g. occupational safety, security briefing, and work processes)
  • You will review orders and documentation
  • You will ensure internal communication across shifts

Your profile:


  • You have completed a vocational training (ideally in a technical field)
  • You have previous experience in quality assurance and are willing to work in shifts (early, late, night)
  • You can maintain an overview and remain calm under pressure, serving as a stabilizing force for the team
  • You have strong teamwork and communication skills
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills
  • You have a valid driver's license and access to a car
