Combine theory and practice in a 3.5-year dual study program at Deichmann, which prepares you for a leadership position or other exciting roles in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • You will alternate between 2 days per week of theory phases at IU (International University) and 3 days per week of practical phases in different Deichmann stores.
  • At the university, you will specialize in sales and coordinating activities in different sales channels.
  • You will learn about the processes in various retail locations, actively participate in daily operations, and gradually take on more responsibility.
  • This will be complemented by a practical phase in a Deichmann store abroad.

Profile:

  • You have a high school diploma with a good grade point average.
  • You are interested in commerce and ideally have some practical experience in retail.
  • You enjoy physical activity, are responsible and reliable.
  • You are motivated and have a strong willingness to learn and perform.
  • Communication and teamwork skills complete your profile.
