- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of structural projects, including but not limited to pylons, monuments, wall signs, blade signs, channel letters, and more.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery within established parameters.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential risks, and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless communication and project success.
- Uphold YJ Sign Inc.'s commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in all aspects of project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in project management within the construction or architectural industry, with a focus on structural projects.
- Knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Professional licensure or certifications (PMP, PE, etc.) preferred.
