- Research and support operational and business issues in support of financial advisers and firm staff as needed.

- Minimum 2+ years of financial service experience, preferably working with advisors.
- Experience hosting webinars and presenting to small and large groups.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics preferred or relevant experience.
- Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.
- FINRA Series 99 and SIE required; additional securities licenses a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient with Docusign, Docupace, and Salesforce.
- Experience with operations and transitioning financial professional's books of businesses to Axos, First Clearing, or other clearing firms a plus.
- Exhibits integrity, professionalism, practical judgment, positive attitude at all times; exhibits perseverance, leadership, mental toughness and initiative in the face of problems and challenges; must be able to take direction and accept constructive criticism.

Realta Wealth is seeking a specialist experienced with both broker-dealer and investment adviser transitions, preferably in the independent space. Responsibilities will include corresponding with prospective representatives and their support staff, educating them as to the firm's onboarding process, assisting with completing on-boarding paperwork, and successfully managing the representatives through the on-boarding process in order to become fully registered with the firm and to successfully transition their business to Realta Wealth.
