- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
- Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
- Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills
- Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
- Experience with WebSphere, 2 Way SSL, SAML, XMLSpy, MapForce, PL/SQL Developer, Oracle, Postgres and/or Networking is a plus
- A bachelor's in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or equivalent experience.

About the role:
As a Java Software Developer, you could work with bleeding edge technology as you build innovative fintech products that change the way the world pays, banks and invests.
This will involve developing core versions of software applications, identifying client requirements and technical specifications, interacting with engineering groups and training clients on applications.
About the team:
FIS Integration Services is looking for an energetic software developer who will be responsible for all aspects of software development.
Works closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards.Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.

The pay range for this full-time position is $89, $149,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
