    Description
    Havas is looking for a Budget Analyst, who will help and coordinate in all aspects of client billing management. This position acts as the relationship and account manager for all financially related client matters.
    Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Being responsible for all activities related to client billing management.
    Providing core support, as well as, overall supervision of the client billing team.

    Developing and implementing sound business management policies and practices within the Client Billing Management Group leading to the efficient and effective operations of the group.

    Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with the client teams, serving as a liaison between the billing team and client teams.

    Monitoring and training staff involved in the various billing processes to ensure compliance with contractual obligations in the delivery of client services.

    Manage client audit request from kick off to preparation and final audit approval.
    Tracking discrepancies within billing from point of entry in the system through billing live invoicing.
    Attending internal client-related or departmental meetings.
    Superior communication skills, ability to speak and write professionally with all levels of staff.
    Knowledge of the Media Ocean (DDS) system. Network, Spot, Print systems.
    Generate/Create reports within Media Ocean (DDS).
    Desired Qualifications1+ years' work experience with hands-on budget/billing experience, preferably within the media industry.
    A team player be bright, a quick learner, and excellent problem solver with strong interpersonal skills.
    Experience in a fast-paced, client service environment; a high sense of urgency, a positive attitude.
    Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, is proactive, detail oriented, and must possess outstanding follow-through skills.
    Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook.

    Comp: 55-60K per year
