- Establishes & ensures high level of professionalism in interactions with prospects.
- Develop cross-selling programs for existing clients.

- Manage ongoing digital marketing campaigns of major insurance updates, emerging market capabilities, and claims trends.

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for creating new business opportunities for the agency. This position will work with the sales leader and production team to create and execute a strategic sales plan which includes outbound cold calling, relationship development, and community outreach and events.
