Description:For the establishment of a self-determined living community for intensive care patients, I am looking for a nursing director (m/f/d) to lead the nursing team.
The residents are adults over 18 years of age with respiratory insufficiency who require intermittent or permanent ventilation.
The well-being of the patients is the focus, in order to create a pleasant home environment away from hospitals and long post-operative care.

Expected tasks:

Competencies - Details:
- State examination for pediatric, nursing or geriatric nursing specialist
- Further training as a nursing director
- Computer skills
- Reliability and commitment, also with regard to taking on responsibility
