- Real Projects: Start with actual client assignments to experience the production process firsthand. You'll be able to work with a Creative Director, Editor, Videographer, Photographer Director and Producer to complete projects.
- Lunch & Learns: Participate in informal learning sessions to grasp the creative process and discover how each production discipline contributes to the final product.
- Short Form Storytelling Project: In the practice of storytelling, you'll be tasked with outlining & concepting, capturing, editing and presenting a short story about the local area.

Job Description
PRODUCTION INTERNSHIP - GENERAL
At Butterknife, interns have the opportunity to choose their own adventure. Do you aspire to Direct, Produce, Capture Motion or Still, Edit, Design Or Sell? We have all of it going on at once, and you'll have the chance to work alongside the team in any or all of these directions on a wide range of projects.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Join us for a 10-week internship, in-person from June 10 to Aug 16. We're looking for individuals eager to dive into production and who are ready to take on a part-time role 3 days a week in our Dorchester, MA office.
