To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our company CA Digital at our location in Hilden, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Telephone customer support
Email correspondence
Maintenance of existing customers, checking and updating customer data
Coordination of all customer inquiries in collaboration with the relevant departments
Support for the sales manager and field sales team
General administrative tasks

No outbound calls

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training or similar qualifications
Also open to career changers with initial experience in sales or customer service
Enjoy talking on the phone and have a strong customer service orientation and communication skills
IT affinity / IT knowledge
Very good German and English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
