As a student (not yet graduated), you will join an entrepreneurial Business Strategy team for the global Electrification-Automation-Digitalization (EAD) business within the 'Transformation of Industry' business area.

EAD is a global EUR 1.5 bn business spread across 40 countries and helps industrial customers decarbonize their operations through electrification and process optimization solutions.

You will have the opportunity to work independently on a variety of topics to support the Head of Business Strategy and the team in driving strategic analysis and related initiatives.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Structure and drive strategic analysis on portfolio, markets, and financial performance
  • Ideate and implement continual improvements to the newly established market dashboard on Tableau
  • Support in developing market and competitor analyses and related overviews
  • Maintain the team's SharePoint platform to centralize information sharing for 3,500+ viewers

What You Bring

  • Currently studying in the field of management, business administration, economics, or related field
  • Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn and work independently while having fun
  • Handson experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau (PowerBI optional)
  • Structured, analytical, and solutionoriented working style
  • Good English language skills, German language skills are a plus but
