Your responsibilities and tasks:

GEA is one of the world's largest suppliers of systems for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.

Our new Shared Service Center in Mount Olive, AR supports our global HR infrastructure in providing excellent services to GEA employees worldwide.

As an HR Operations Specialist/Generalist, you will assist in day-to-day operations and provide support to employees through various technologies, including ServiceNow and Workday.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Serving as the first point of contact for HRrelated questions and providing system support to employees
Communicating with employees through ticket systems, chat, and calls, and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Collaborating with HR Operations and local HR Business Partners
Maintaining data in HR systems and creating various documents, such as certificates and job references
Working with your team to continuously improve processes and share best practices

Your profile and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on human resources or relevant handson experience and training in HR
Solutionoriented with strong organizational skills and a willingness to support team members
Comfortable working in an administrative environment and proficient in
