    Description

    A small, family-oriented General Contractor in Tulsa, OK is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This position is for a highly motivated Project Manager who is looking to help a company build out their existing pipeline and continue growing as a key leader within the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee all stages of project life cycle - including estimating/preconstruction for all of your own projects
    • Manage project budget
    • Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
    • Business Development to assist the company in building out future project pipelines

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years' of experience working directly on commercial construction projects
    • Previous experience estimating is a requirement.
    • Prior project management experience on commercial construction projects is required
    • Good tenure is preferred
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
    • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

    Other

    • Base salary listed is not negotiable due to company's size.
    • Benefits separate from base salary include: a healthy vehicle allowance, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and other standard company provided benefits
