- Work closely with attorneys and/or other staff to maintain calendars, assist in billing (invoicing, check requests, and expense reports), transcribe dictation files, and help manage client files
- Prepare, review, format, draft, file, and redline documents
- Perform clerical tasks such as drafting letters, memos, and emails
- Compile electronic transaction closing binders
- Schedule and utilize conferencing applications such as Zoom and Teams
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience
- Time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and assist various members of the organization
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, iManage (or similar), Elite 3E (or similar), and transcription software
- Familiar with eBilling and law firm billing procedures
- Familiar with basic pleadings, service of process requirements, and discovery
- Recognize and understand corporate law terminology and documentation
- $50,000-$60,000 per year based on experience
