    About the Role:
    Assist in the implementation of installing, maintenance, training, and general support of systems, and manage Big Thought's donor database.


    About the Ideal Candidate:


    Our has a high aptitude for interacting with the digital world around us and is proficient in translating technology and technical processes understandably to stakeholders in the various units of work in the organization.

    This person has exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, systems testing, troubleshooting, data management, and customer service.


    What the Role Entails:
    Support the Director of Process Excellence to assess, design, and implement systems integration strategies that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness

    Develop deep expertise in all key business enterprise systems

    Train users to appropriately utilize business enterprise systems, creating standard guidelines and manuals

    Provide change management support to encourage the adoption of new systems, features, and processes

    Conduct regular reviews of systems and report opportunities for improvement

    Point of contact for IT/business enterprise vendors and partners where appropriate

    Assist in troubleshooting and resolving database/system issues, collaborating with other relevant teams to ensure seamless functionality

    Work closely with the Development team to manage the donor database, ensuring accurate and secure data management, reporting, gift acknowledgment, and providing technical support as needed

    Develop and implement data entry and quality control procedures for donor database

    Work closely with finance to reconcile all donor funds


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Two-three years experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    Salesforce experience required

    Knowledge of business enterprise systems and project management tools preferred (i.e. Microsoft 365, Oracle NetSuite, Paycom, etc.)

    Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and take initiative in a fast-paced environmen

    Familiarization with non-profits

    Physical Expectations (not an exhaustive list):

    Big Thought jobs are hands on and can be physically demanding.

    To perform the duties of these roles successfully, you may regularly be required to:

    sit, stand, or stare at computer screen for long periods of time; participate in external activities; use various office equipment, some manual; work in environment with loud sounds, multiple distractions, and interruptions; be exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures on occasion; maintain emotional control during stressful situations.
