- 5+ years of experience with using web analytics to analyze customer behaviors
- 3+ years of experience with social media engagement and reporting and digital listening

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

Support the business through customer experience measurement. Apply descriptive and diagnostic digital analysis techniques to understand customer journeys based on audience insights and behavior. Analyze a mix of digital channels for their effectiveness and understand what questions can be answered through analytics reporting platforms, including web analytics, organic search, site surveys, digital listening, heatmaps, and more. Evaluate data sets to identify anomalies or areas of opportunity to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
