Description
Overview:
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of commercial lease transactions totaling $6 billion. These transactions are sourced from equipment manufacturers, value-added resellers, and end user customers directly. Your daily tasks will involve risk management activities to ensure the successful management of the portfolio.
You'll play an active role in various portfolio management tasks such as vendor risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, and customer reviews.Responsibilities:
- Perform risk management activities to minimize risks in alignment with the Bank's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct customer annual reviews and regrades following FCB's risk acceptance guidelines.
- Complete annual vendor reviews and approvals based on FCB's vendor adjudication and review policy.
- Prepare and distribute monthly risk management reports.
- Review and monitor vendor relationship performance.
- Analyze portfolio losses and participate in third-party servicing audits.
- Provide guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in commercial credit, portfolio risk management, and underwriting OR a High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of experience in the same.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in vendor program and vendor/portfolio risk management in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present reports and communicate key risks to various audiences.
- Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Access, SQL, and Microsoft products.
