SUMMARY

RN with IV insertion experience looking for entry level aesthetics position administering state of the art body sculpting treatments in luxury resort setting. Kind Health at Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa is currently seeking an RN with impeccable IV skills and interest in learning to administer body sculpting treatments to join our team No prior aesthetics or body sculpting experience is necessary. Training will be provided. The perfect candidate will be someone dedicated to providing expert and excellent care. They will believe in hard work and integrity and will only accept the highest standard of excellence. The person in this role must value meaningful relationships, teamwork and possess a passion for challenge and growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform in-depth patient consultations that include taking medical history, explaining risks and benefits, and obtaining signed consents for procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of patients' needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical files.
Ability to manage client expectations, work within set guidelines and protocols.
Competency in delivering customer satisfaction and client engagement through follow up.
Ability to perform as an integral member of a multi-functional, results driven team.
Dedicated to always achieving the best patient outcomes.
Open to learning new techniques, procedures, and brand language.
Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members.
Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety.
Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Neat and professional appearance.
Able to work holidays, weekends, mornings and evenings as needed.
Actively participates in safety programs and abides by all injury reporting and safety behavior requirements.
Participates in and supports hotels efforts towards community service, sustainability and environmental initiatives.
Performs other duties as directed, developed or assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Required

Valid RN license in good standing in the State of California.
BLS Certification.

SKILLS
Required

Excellent IV insertion skills.
Critical assessment skills.
Perform IVs in a fast-paced setting while meeting patient's needs.
Properly completing all pertinent medical information during patient's visit/communicates with doctor and staff as per company policy.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a team environment with medical and non-medical staff.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Frequent or occasional need to perform the following physical activities: reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting, and climbing. Have frequent need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting property.
Constant need to perform the following physical activities: grasping, turning, finger dexterity.
Frequently needs to stand for long periods of time.
Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs. frequently and 25 lbs. occasionally.
Vision requirements: constant need to view small print. Frequent need to see small details and things clearly beyond arms' reach.
Hearing requirements: constant need to speak on telephone and/or two-way radio, respond to general public and converse with staff. Ability to hear fire alarms and emergency equipment.
