    We are seeking individuals who are results-focused with an exceptional work ethic to engage with prospective Stearns Bank customers.

    This position will be responsible for generating leads and sales by making outbound calls and engaging potential customers over the phone.

    A successful candidate must be self-driven, energetic and can communicate effectively to a wide range of people.

    Full-time or part-time positions available. Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or Part-Time (Monday - Friday, flexible schedule during business hours).

    Required 30-day on-site training in St. Cloud, MN with the opportunity to work remotely or in-office after initial training has been completed.

    Starting hourly wage of $20.00/hour. Employment offers will be dependent upon the selected candidate's relevant qualifications and experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers using provided leads and contact lists.
    • Navigate multiple systems to perform sales tasks professionally and accurately by phone.
    • Engage potential customers in conversation, clearly presenting our products and their benefits.
    • Customize conversations to address potential customer's needs.
    • Ensure timely and accurate tracking of all calls and leads in CRM software.
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance objectives and operational standards.
    • Ability to identify opportunities to sell Stearns Bank products and services.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
    • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time, twist, bend, sit, walk use hands to twist, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, such as computer mouse, computer keyboard, calculator, stapler, telephone, staple puller, etc., reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, talk or hear.
    • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong active listening skills with an empathetic and consultative ear.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
    • Ability to learn new products and understand our deposit product and service offerings.
    • Works well independently and possesses great time management skills.
    • Bilingual with fluency in Spanish and English.
    • Positive attitude and resilient to product rejection.
    • Professional and engaging phone presentation.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve performance targets.
    • Banking knowledge preferred but not necessary.
