Bartech Staffing is a leading engineering, technical and professional staffing firm, and our clients include some of the nation's biggest companies.

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Emissions Technician. This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis.
~ We are seeking Emissions Technicians who will focus on EPA testing for mileage and emission standards. As an Associate Technician, you will demonstrate basic knowledge, skills, training, and learning ability that you can use in other Engineering organizations. This entry level technician position is for technicians with little or no experience that have some formal education in a core skill area. In this role you will handle basic project assignments with supervision.
~ Set-up and perform emission testing on vehicles.
~ 4x teams) 1st and 2nd shift; 5x- 3rd shift Mon - Fri (at least 1 opening for now)
~ Possibly a 4th on day shift
~ Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required
~ Emerging partnership and teamwork skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
~ 2+ years in Dynamometer Testing / Lab Operations Setup
~ Depending upon the client, the assignment, and your performance, you can find potential opportunities for direct employment.
