_ OUR EXPECTATIONS - Our World Class Automotive Service Managers Must Have:_
_ At least 3 years of proven success as a Service Manager_
_ Previous dealership or service repair shop experience_
- Top level management skills with an impeccable work ethic and positive attitude_

- Thorough understanding of the value of high CSI scores_
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, professional, team player, passionate, driven_
- Intermediate computer proficiency is required; Dealer Track experience a plus_
_ AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER ESSENTIAL DUTIES include but are not limited to:_
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service with a positive dealership experience_
- Provide a high level of support to the new and used vehicle sales operations by ensuring their service needs are met in a timely and efficient manner_
- Ensure the correct handling of all aspects of the service transaction from the "meet and greet" to "fix it right the first time"_
- Serve as a liaison between service advisors, technicians and customers_
- Hire, manage, and develop Service Department employees technicians and service advisors_
- Monitor and maintain training and certification requirements_
- Prioritize required services_
- Follow manufacturer and company policies and procedures_
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction benchmark_
