will be responsible for processing orders in the after-sales department for Uhlmann blister machines and implementing special functions in control and drives
will be responsible for designing after-sales products at the interface between customer IT and Uhlmann machines
will support in the bidding process and determine feasibility and effort based on customer specifications
will handle independent complaints and coordinate resolutions
will assist in the 24/7 helpdesk team and with commissioning worldwide (remote and on-site)

have a degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, computer science, or a related field
have professional experience in service, commissioning, and programming of controls and servo drives in IEC
have knowledge of Codesys (Schneider control)
have knowledge of DIN EN13849 and basic programming skills in Python or C++
have experience with Windows operating systems and working with databases
have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, creativity, and teamwork abilities
have good German and English skills (at least B2 level)
