Financial Accountant (m/f/x)

For our client, a dynamic real estate company in Hamburg, we are looking for you to join our team as a Financial Accountant (m/f/x). This position is a direct permanent employment with our client. We support you in the placement process and offer all our services free of charge.

What to expect:

  • Calculation, pre-accounting and booking of incoming invoices via digital workflow
  • Verification and allocation of incoming and outgoing payments including OPOS clarification
  • Implementation of dunning process in close cooperation with the Real Estate Manager
  • Input and maintenance of relevant lease, property and other master data in the existing management system
  • Preparation and sending of various reports to clients and other partners
  • IT-based creation of utility cost statements in direct coordination with the Real Estate Manager
  • Ongoing financial statements at property level and support for financial statements at company level
  • Support for various cross-departmental project tasks
  • Active participation in the implementation of our ESG strategy to further strengthen sustainability in all areas of the company and at portfolio level
